Abstract: Due to historical cause,Materialism and Idealism has become a mummified philosophy cognition and appraisal model.This model has evaluated philosophy by materialism and idealism,and caused the absolution and ideology of the divergence and oppositions of the materialism and idealism.This model has misread the basic problems of philosophy,making mistakes of simplification,abstraction and formulation,and caused harmful effects in theory and practice.It is advisable to break through this mummified philosophy model,and thus the Marxist philosophy has established interpretation rules of philosophy based on social practice rather than Materialism and Idealism.
