Abstract: In recent years,the "fragmentation" tendency inTusi research has attracted attention from the academic circles.The clarification of the connotation of "fragmentation" is helpful to understand of the essence of it."Fragmentation" is mainly manifested in the lack of "continuity","coherence" and "integrity" in the existing Tusi research,which should arouse vigilance from the academic circles.As long as the researchers are based on the "overall history",pay attention to the relevance between research contents,and attach importance to the cross-integration of multi-disciplines based on historiography,they can avoid "fragmentation" in the research.
