Discussion on “Pseudo-identification” in Culture and Media Communication——Multi-dimensional View Based on Cultural Study

Abstract:  Pseudo-identification is not only explicit and realized falsehood,but also is connected with incognizant institution.It can be discussed through multi-dimensions including culture,audience and media communication,by different paradigms including false consciousness,implicit attitudes and latent effects.Pseudo-identification is related with certain social and cultural results such as pseudo-cultural skin and weak-effected spiral of silence.Discussion on pseudo-identification is helpful and necessary for us to deal with questions of identification and cultural consequences in contemporary cultural context.
