On Environmental Justice from the Perspective of Human Studies

Abstract: On the surface level,environmental justice is about the relationship between nature and human beings;in fact,it embodies an interpersonal social relationship,thus it is a social justice.Different levels of environmental justice are rooted in the multiple attributes of human existence.While human class attribute corresponds to global environmental justice,human colony attribute corresponds to colony environmental justice and personal attribute corresponds to individual environmental justice.By “people-oriented” in environmental justice,it is meant that environmental benefits and environmental responsibilities should be fairly shared,and that special attention should be paid to the environmental appeals by the less-wealthy people and people in the less-developed countries and areas.
