Abstract: In recent years,more and more cases that impaired public interest have happened in China.However,public-interest litigation system has not been founded in our country.Those formal traditional theories sometimes lead to the lack of protection of the public interest.This paper discusses the plaintiff’s standing in the public-interest litigation through analyzing the case of parking meters in Zhengzhou in order to offer useful legal guarantees for the similar cases.
