Abstract: The “9.11” incident broke the tale that US cannot be destroyed,and caused US to adjust its foreign strategic policy.However,US foreign strategy is not fundamentally changed.While fighting against international terrorism,it has strengthened its concern of traditional security threat to prevent the challenge from China as a regional power.US has moved its strategic core into Asia and Pacific region and continuously permeated the surrounding regions of China,aiming to deprive of China’s living space.Faced with the great challenge of regional security,China must properly and actively make a safe surrounding environment to rely on.
