Abstract: Based on the monism of external idealism, Hegel organized aesthetics categories according to the principle of unifying the history and logic,so that they became an integrated system.Centered on the viewpoint “beauty is the sensible appearing of idea”, Hegel designed the development of beauty and art to be a process of negate of negation (develop the useful and discard the useless) that is about antinomy between contraries. So from Hegel's point of view, the most generally aesthetics categories such as beauty, sublime, tragedy and comedy were an organic integer of antinomies that associated with and translated into each other, and associated with or corresponded to stages and forms of art’s history, and formed a developmental cycle that is thing-in-itself and thing-for-itself. The category is not only the crest of German classic aesthetics category, but also the crest of western neoteric aesthetics.
