Abstract: Intellectual Property Rights mean special rights for all the people in the activity of commercial operation after their completion of creative intellectual fruits in the fields of science,technology,culture,arts and industrial or commercial areas.There exist a certain relation and differences in the conceptions between intellectual property rights and invisible property rights,information property rights,industrial copyrights,commercialization rights.Intellectual property rights are of features similar to the mixture of civil action rights,private rights,decisive rights,lawful rights,personal rights and patent rights.
