Abstract: The existance of the ullimate limit of economy accounts for that any material rate of economic growth is a ladder leading to the limitation.The rationality of the rate of economic growth by the dimensionality between generations depends excessively on techno-optimism,and that of the relationship between human and nature is no more than a meta-physical incredible thinking,and that in the same era can but derive from the single value-tropism of efficiency.It coule be concluded reasonably that the so-called rational rate of economic grwoth is shadowy or visional from the visual angle of economic ethics.And so the economic ethics views on speaking terms with sustainable development and ecological civilizations have to be gestated in the system configuration of population,science and technology,economy,politics,society,etc.
