Abstract: What the Liberal Criticism advocate is the equal efficiency outlook of equal opportunity and giving priority to efficiency.The price system of a free market should be built upon the basis of exclusive arrangement by property right and should be able to provide equal opportumity.The Liberal Criticism hold that equal opportunity and equal wealth are two different matters.Actually,they are the two aspects of a dialectical unity.Socialist market economic system should display well its function of regulating the relationship between equal opportunity and equal wealth by institutional innovation.
