Marxism's Thought on Labor Education and Its Contemporary Enlightenment

Abstract: Marxism's thoughts on labor education was borne against the division of labor in large scale industrial production in the 19th century.The internal drive of the thoughts lies in the ideal to fight for the rights of workers,the all-round free development of human beings and the liberation of all humankind.The thoughts put forward by educators,philosophers,economists before Karl Marx is the source of this theory.According to Marx,labor education,a combination of labor and education,is the only way to bring up all-round people who meet the needs of different levels.The thoughts embodies the value orientation of promoting productive forces,the value standpoint of liberating the services of proletarians,and the value realization of cultivating all-round developed human.Karl Marx 's thoughts on labor education reveals that greater importance should be attached to the strategic significance of labor education,accurate guidance should be provided for labor education in the new era,and better labor education should be carried out in accordance with the characteristics of the new era.
