Abstract: In terms of the experience accumulated from the minority exchange activities in the bordering areas of Hunan,Guizhou and Chongqing,the priority is to maintain the social stability so as to improve people’s livelihood and continuously enhance the union of different ethnic groups.The assemblies should be innovated in contents and activities and the work must be characterized with integrity,practicability,publicity and modernity.In addition,when the ethnic culture is explored in various programs and activities,its cultural ecology must be well reserved so that the fundamental interest of different ethnic groups can be really achieved.
