摘要/Abstract

摘要：从循环经济视角探讨产权制度创新与技术创新的互动关系，认为技术创新是扩大资源供给、发展循环经济的根本途径，产业组织创新是循环利用资源，提高资源利用效率的组织形式，而技术创新和产业组织创新又离不开产权制度创新，产权制度创新是发展循环经济的基本制度保障。

关键词： 循环经济, 技术创新, 产业组织创新, 产权制度

Abstract: This paper,from the perspective of circular economy,explores the interrelationship between the institutional innovation of property right and the technology innovation.A conclusion is drawn that technology innovation is the fundamental route to enlarge resource supply and develop circular economy;the innovation of industry organization is to utilize resources in a circular way to promote efficiency;technology innovation and the innovation of industry organization closely depend on the institutional innovation of property right,which in turn is the fundamental institutional guarantee for the development of circular economy.
