摘要：宗族养老是扎根中国大地、浸润中华文化、具有鲜明中国特色的养老方式。以尊上敬上文化为本的宗族文化为宗族养老的形成提供了精神指引，是宗族养老得以开展的根基；宗族习俗从“礼”的层面明确了宗族养老的规范要求和责任担当；宗族成员聚族而居的生活方式有助于互助养老的开展，实现了宗族互助养老网络的联结；多样化的宗族养老项目相互补充有助于保障老年人的基本生活，推进宗族养老的完善，形成具有浓郁文化性与民族性的宗族养老。

Abstract: Clan pension,with its deep root,distinctive characteristics and cultural connotation,is a way of pension popular in China.And the clan culture,which shows respect to the old,provides spiritual guidance and foundation for the formation of clan pensions.From the aspect of "rite",the clan custom makes clear the norm requirement and responsibility of the clan pension.The way of life of clan members living together is helpful to mutual aid and realizes the connection of clan mutual aid for the aged.Diversified clan pension projects complement each other to ensure the basic life of the old people,promoting clan pension and giving it a strong cultural and national feature.
