摘要:人事档案管理具有重要的价值,但现行的人事档案管理在思想认识、制度建设、业务管理、信息化程度等方面还存在诸多问题,影响人事档案功能的发挥,亟待改进。提高认识,健全制度,规范管理,推进人事档案管理的信息化和社会化,是必由之路。

Abstract: The management of personnel archives is of great importance,but there are existing problems in ideological awareness,institutional construction,business management,and degree of informatization,which exert negative influence on the management of personnel archives and should be improved urgently.The only way out is to strengthen the awareness,build a comprehensive institutional system,standardize the management,so as to make it information and society-oriented.
