摘要：在实证调研和实践反思的基础上分析指出，艺术院校女生数量多，比率高，形象气质出众，职业迁延能力强，就业和职业发展优势明显，主流价值观健康向上；但也存在虚荣心较强，易受外界不良诱惑侵扰等问题。艺术院校教育工作者应把握这些特点，因材施教，因材施管，为她们健康成长成才提供策略支持。

Abstract: According to the analysis of empirical studies and reflections within practices,the female students in art academy are featured with the large number,high ratio,beautiful appearances,strong adaption to career and employment as well as positive world value.But at the same time,some of them are vain and easily irritated by the temptations outside.The staff in art academy should,based on these features,teach according to the students’ ability and provide some strategic support in nurturing them.
