摘要：中国社会主义市场经济的运动模式和民主政治的发展目标要求在构建国家与社会之良性互动关系的过程中，重视并充分发挥公民社会组织的政治功能。公民社会组织的强大政治功能主要体现在：弥补政府失灵的不足，分担政府社会管理责任；保障公民政治权利，推进政策决策民主化发展；促进政府职能转变，推动政治体制改革。

Abstract: Under China’s socialist market economy,it is important to emphasize and fully play the political function of civil social organizations to meet the requirement of democratic and political development in constructing a harmonious relationship between the country and society.The major functions of civil social organizations are seen in the following aspects:making up for the deficiency of social failures and sharing the responsibility of the government’s social management;protecting the civil political rights and promoting the procedures of democratic decision-making;encouraging the transformation of government functions and impelling the political reform.
