Abstract: Purchasing power is a part of freedom ability and reflects the condition of freedom existence.The purchasing power of members of a society depends on the systematic arrangement and corrective justice on social wealth distribution.Enough vigilance shall be put against the risky deprivation by financial capital group as experts system.Corrective justice shall be fully protected on the basis of modern theory of contract,which is an insurance mechanism set up by all members of a society to protect the basic rights equally,such as freedom.The sustainable development of economy and social stability rely on the improvement of social effective purchasing power,especially the poor of a society.The State shall take some measures to promote the social effective purchasing power.
