摘要：分析了我国普通高校行政管理人员绩效考核中存在的问题，并提出了行政管理人员绩效考核的五条基本原则和六种方法。

Abstract: This paper analyzes the problems in assessing administrators’ performance in general institutions of higher learning,and puts forwards five principles and six methods to practice.
