摘要/Abstract

摘要：从理解国有企业的财政补贴入手，分析国有企业治理中存在的问题，认为“政企不分”是当前国有企业治理的主要障碍，且导致了各类关系的错位及公司治理结构变形；并从政府治理和公司治理的角度分别提出一些见解，其目的是研究国有企业治理结构以及如何在中国建立现代企业制度。

Abstract: Starting from the financial allowance to the state-owned enterprises,this paper analyzes the problems existing in their management,regarding that the mixed functions of the government and enterprises is the major problem and it leads to various wrong relationships and wrong management.Suggestions are given from the perspectives of government management and enterprise management to study the structure of the state-owned enterprises and set up modern enterprise systems in China.
