摘要/Abstract

摘要：随着中国东西部地区差距的进一步拉大，加强中国东西部地区公共管理的差异性研究显得日益必要。中国东西部地区公共管理差异性研究的内容主要包括公共管理环境的差异性；公共管理行为的差异性；公共管理模式的差异性；东西部地区的公共管理模式以及两个地区之间的公共管理良性互动模式等。中国东西部地区公共管理差异性研究，在理论上将弥补我国发展问题上公共管理缺席的不足，开创公共管理研究差异性的新领域，在实际应用上可以为构建更加适合于东西部地区的公共管理模式及两个地区公共管理的良性互动模式提供理论依据、方法依据和决策参考背景。

Abstract: With the widening gap between East and West China,it’s urgent for us to study the difference in public administration between them.The study should cover administration environment,administration behavior,administration model,and the harmonious interaction between them.Such a study should provide a new scope theoretically,and provide foundation,method and strategy for constructing a new administration model in both regions.
