摘要/Abstract

摘要：人性问题是一个永恒的话题，德鲁克认为人性无善恶之分，只有在实践中人性得到不断提升和塑造，即“实践人”，并阐述“实践人”存在的三个纬度和几个特性。由于德鲁克的阶级局限性，“实践人”存在许多不足之处。德鲁克的 “实践人”为人性研究的当代发展拓展了新的思路。

Abstract: Human nature is an eternal topic.According to Drucker,there is no such a distinction of being kind and evil in human nature,and human nature can only be built and promoted by practice.Due to class limitation,there are certain deficiencies in Drucker’s theory of “man of practice”;however,it provides some new insight for the study of human nature in modern society.
