论苏格拉底的法律思想

摘要/Abstract

摘要：针对苏格拉底的文献呈现出繁多杂乱、可信度不一的特点。笔者用有限材料来保障纯粹，放弃全面性而提高真实性的方法来研究苏格拉底的法律思想。并以苏格拉底的审判为分析对象，从赴死的理念和“不死”的昭示两方面论说了苏格拉底的法律思想。

Abstract: Socrates' existing documents have the characteristics of variety and less credibility.So in order to study Socrates' legal thoughts,the author uses the methods of limiting materials to ensure the purity,and giving up comprehensiveness to improving authenticity.This essay takes Socrates' trial as analytic target,and demonstrates his legal thoughts from two aspects:the perseverant idea and the immortal declaration.
