摘要/Abstract

摘要：湘西州少数民族女性教育问题, 制约着湘西州经济和社会的全面发展。要分析落后的原因,重视女性教育的地位和作用,采取积极对策措施: 把女性教育纳入科教兴州和扶贫攻坚战略;对少数民族特困生尤其是女童实行免收一切学杂费的义务教育;试行教育保险制; 改革教育体制和方法; 用法律保障女性教育权益。

关键词： 少数民族, 女性教育, 对策研究

Abstract: The backwardness of education in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture impedes to a considerable degree social and economic development of the area.The most urgent thing to do in this aspect is to analyse and find out causes of this backward state of affair, lay more emphasis to female education, take offective measures, and program female education into the overall plam of the Prefecture's vigorous development through sciecce and education and make female education a part of the strtegy of solving key problems in helping the poor.
