Abstract: In the Web2.0 era,Micro-blog,by virtue of short,smooth,fast advantages,has formed its own unique opinion field and become a new platform for public expression based on network and mobile phone terminal platform.Micro-blog platform plays a positive role in citizen participation,democratic supervision and public opinion expression.However,because of the anonymity characteristic of the Internet,the irrational netizen,regulatory system deficiencies and other reasons,the network media violence surged up.We need to take the following measures for a set of management mechanism to overcome network media violence:to implement real-name system,strengthen social responsibility of the micro-blog users,establish public opinion analysis and regulation mechanism,strengthen the moral of network,and improve relevant legislations.
