“双减”政策实施影响学生学业成绩吗?——基于社会学制度主义视角的Tukey多重比较检验

Does the "Double Reduction" Policy Affect Students' Academic Performance?—Tukey's Multiple Comparison Test from the Sociological Institutionalism Perspective

摘要:“双减”政策对内规定作业时长,对外取缔培训机构。虽然“双减”政策对学生的减负效果比较明显,但是否会影响学生学业成绩也成为社会普遍关心和家长焦虑的问题。为探究“双减”政策是否会影响学生学业成绩以及产生何种影响,本文基于社会学制度主义视角,对湖南省资兴市30所小学2021年上学期至2022年上学期三个学期的期末考试成绩进行Tukey多重比较检验。研究结果表明:“双减”政策对四年级学生成绩产生显著消极影响,对五年级学生成绩产生显著积极影响;对副课成绩的影响显著高于主课成绩;对六年级学生成绩的影响显著低于其他年级。因此,在“双减”政策背景下,应加强对四年级学生记忆类学科的辅导,注重不同科目间的课时平衡,尤其应更加关注六年级学生的减压减负问题。

Abstract: The "double reduction" policy is to ease the burdens of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education.Although it has a significant impact on easing students' academic burden,whether it affects students' academic performance has become a wide concern in society and for parents.To investigate whether and how the "double reduction" policy affect students' academic performance,Tukey's multiple comparison test was conducted on the final exam scores of 30 primary schools in Zixing City,Hunan Province from the first semester of 2021 to the first semester of 2022.The research results indicate that the "double reduction" policy has a significant negative impact on the academic performance of the fourth-grade students and a significant positive impact of the fifth-grade students;the impact on the subsidiary courses is significantly higher than that of main courses;and the impact on the academic performance of sixth-grade students is significantly lower than that of other grades.Therefore,under the background of the "double reduction" policy,we should strengthen the guidance of memory related subjects for the fourth-grade students,pay attention to the balance of class hours between different subjects,and give particular emphasis on the stress reduction and burden reduction of the sixth-grade students.
