Abstract: After religious autocracy and numerous religious conflicts,persecution and wars in medieval Europe,religious tolerance gradually rose and greatly influenced the process of human civilization.Religious tolerance refers to the tolerance of certain authoritative individuals or organizations to the existence of other paganisms,taking in their diversified believes without prejudice.Multiple dimensions of thinking,law,behavior,and policy are contained in religious tolerance,forming the foundation of modern civilization.Understanding religious tolerance,we should actively promote religious work in multiple aspects.
