    In modern countries,the democratic system is mainly reflected in representative democracy.People participate in public affairs through people's representatives,and the expression of public opinion has become the most critical link in the representative democracy system.The success of representative democracy depends on whether real public opinion can be expressed.The popularization of network technology has brought about great changes in the way of expression of public opinion.From the ways of expression on behalf of people's representatives and letters and visits in the past,various network channels have been expanded:web pages,Wechat,Weibo,short videos,public accounts,etc.,may become tools of expression of public opinion.In the new media environment,in order to promote the process of political democratization,we can make efforts to innovate democratic mechanisms so as to understand and respond to real public opinions rapidly.Public opinion is the sum of people's beliefs,attitudes,wills and emotions about various phenomena and problems in the society.Around the occurrence,development and change of social events,people's social and political attitudes toward social managers will intensify social contradictions and endanger social harmony.Although public opinion may be distorted,it also reflects real social problems.In the system design,public opinion response should be combined with democratic system innovation.To be specific,committees of "Public Opinion Analysis and Dialogue" can be set up under the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress and the Standing Committee at the provincial,municipal and county level to filter out real public opinions.Instructions can be given to relevant administrative,supervisory,judicial,and procuratorial organs to solve these social problems reflected in public opinions.Such a system design is conducive to timely understanding and responding to public opinion,speeding up the process of political democratization,better responding to public opinion,solving practical problems in people's lives,and enhancing social harmony and stability.

    State-nation goes with nation-state,which is a national community in the form of state.Whether it is a native nation-state or an imitative one,the political attributes of the nation-state do not arise naturally,but undergo a process of artificial construction,that is,the nation-state construction.The construction includes the shaping of the national concept and the integration of the national entity.The former belongs to the core construction of the state-nation,which aims to condense the national concept and value consensus,and strengthen the sense of belonging and national identity of the national members;the latter belongs to the exterior construction of the state-nation,which aims to integrate different ethnic groups with cultural differences in the state into a unified nation through the coordination of inter-ethnic relationship,and cultivate the national character of the subject of national identity.The two aspects of conceptual shaping and entity integration are closely related,nested and complementary,and jointly contribute to the maintenance and preservation of the national community.In the contemporary era when the ethnic structure within a modern nation-state is characterized by multi-ethnic groups,it is of great value to discuss the issues of national ethnicity and its construction.

    Greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology is the key to the modernization with Chinese characteristics.Finance and science and technology are closely related,and financial support is indispensable to achieving high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.To this end,key financial support should be given to scientific and technological innovation enterprises,scientific research institutes and colleges and universities,government departments at all levels and central banks being the administrative entities and financial institutions and capital markets being the market entities.Through the two-way role of administrative mechanisms and market mechanisms,full play is given to the financing function,risk management function and information disclosure function to achieve four major goals.Due to the natural opposition between the high risks of greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology and the operating principles of commercial banks,as well as the imperfect development of capital market and high financing threshold,some technology companies have been crowded out of market;the underdevelopment of science and technology insurance has caused insufficient supply and demand in the insurance market;and the shortage in science and technology guarantee system has restricted financial support for greater self-reliance in science and technology.Considering this,we should break through key problems and improve the quality and efficiency of financial support for high-level scientific and technological self-reliance through diversified financial product innovation and institutional innovation.We should improve top-level design,give full play to the promoting role of the government and financial regulatory authorities,and explore new models of financial support for high-level scientific and technological self-reliance.We should establish and improve risk protection mechanisms,and speed up efforts to achieve greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology.

    As a key factor of production,data has become increasingly valuable,a key engine that empowers the new quality productive forces in China.In the value realization chain of "resource-asset-capital",the low-quality and fragmented original data can be transformed into data elements entering social production and circulation through scenario-based use,which can complete the dynamic multiplication of value and realize the transformation from resource to asset and capital.In the current social practice,to give full play to the value of data element resources and promote the value chain of data elements,we should first solve the key and difficult problems such as data property right confirmation,data circulation and transaction,data asset value evaluation,and data protection.The important fundamental issues of data value can be addressed through the promulgation of clear and explicit continuity policies.We should speed up the establishment of a pre-transaction value assessment and price formation mechanism,explore the formation of data fusion application system,and accelerate the value process of data elements.

    Teachers' workload is not a product of modern education;it has emerged with the emergence of schools and full-time teachers.Later,it changed with the changes in social environment and teaching technology.Under the trend of digital education,digital technology is profoundly changing the form of teachers' workload.From the perspective of "accelerated critical theory" and path dependence,in the long run,digital technology can reduce teachers' workload and improve work efficiency in the whole teaching process from pre-class preparation to effect evaluation.Although the application of digital technology has promoted the reform and development of education,and also provided more teaching resources and tools for teachers,it cannot completely reduce teachers' workload independently.In this regard,education management departments and schools should strengthen the construction of digital infrastructure,formulate standards and management norms for digital teaching resources,explore long-term mechanisms for workload reduction by digital means,and assist teachers to improve their digital technology capabilities.Teachers should break through path dependence,actively learn and apply new digital technologies while continuously improving their practical and management abilities in digital technology.The three parties should fulfill their main responsibilities and form a joint force to fully leverage the supportive role of digital technology in educational practice.

    Carbon neutrality legislation should comply with the dual logic of carbon neutrality and the rule of law.On the one hand,carbon neutrality legislation must respect and respond to the natural attributes,technical paths and inherent laws in the process of carbon neutrality,and strengthen the interaction and integration of legal norms with inherent rules of carbon neutrality such as carbon neutrality technical norms and carbon trading market norms.On the other hand,carbon neutrality has an impact on the hierarchical division of power structure,the "divide-and-rule" supervision system,and the dual structure of "right and power".Therefore,carbon neutrality legislation must coordinate the interests of different entities,making a balance between the government and the market,domestic and international relations and other multiple values to promote legal innovation.Based on the "factual norm" logic of carbon neutrality,carbon neutrality requires systematic legislation.The systematization of carbon neutrality legislation includes the systematization of structure in the formal sense and the systematization of functions in the substantive sense.Systematization of structure refers to the construction of a complete legislative framework for carbon neutrality through legislative reform,abolition and release;systematization of functions is to allocate the legal functions of carbon neutrality and climate change to different laws and regulations based on "principles and rules",and connect them with the external laws involved.With this internal logic and systematic structure,carbon neutrality legislation can support the realization of carbon neutrality goals.

    The two local novels,Golden Wings and Cocoon,written by famous Chinese sociologists Lin Yaohua and Fei Xiaotong respectively in their youth based on the experience and facts of their hometowns,opened a new chapter of literature ethnography in Chinese social anthropology and solved the long-term problem of expression for anthropologist scholars.The literary ethnography created by Lin Yaohua and Fei Xiaotong belongs to a realistic novel narrative method that mirrors social facts.Based on real experience,the text narrates people and things,and exquisitely describes artistic reality through living people and progressing things,thereby widely penetrating "theory" into people's daily life.This narrative paradigm has two basic elements.The first is the life prototype in the sense of typology.The characters and stories described in literary ethnographic texts must be able to roughly connect with the real and plural life archetypes.It requires writers to adhere to the facts as much as possible from fieldwork to the text writing process to ensure the authenticity of the historical past.The second is the literary reproduction based on social facts.The characters of literary ethnography must live in the story.The plots and stories are completely laid out by the narrative of the living people,thus the serious academic theory is transformed into sequential events,delicately embedded in the living people and things,making it understood according to the characters that occur and develop in the stories.This narrative paradigm has truly created the localized development of Chinese sociology and substantively promoted the writing of "other" in world anthropology.

    At a time when social transformation and individualization are accelerating,loneliness among young people has become a group social phenomenon.From technology addiction to platform isolation,the formation of loneliness among young people is closely related to the use of social media.From an individual level,young people are happy to gain emotional comfort from online relationships,and with the company of daily technology,they eliminate the sequential perception of time.Subjects separated by technology shuttle between virtual and reality,creating situational technological addiction;from an environmental perspective,the digital platform constructed by algorithms alienates the form of communication in real society.The practical significance in the virtual space is hidden by the platform,and it is difficult for young people to conclude deep emotional bonds,which exacerbates atomization and interpersonal isolation,the platform being an invisible structural force that promotes loneliness.In the digital age,returning to embodied communication and strengthening the publicity of platforms should become the key ways to overcome loneliness among young people.On the one hand,we should encourage the young people who live in cyberspace for a long time to get out of the online life of isolation,fight against the "compulsory deprivation" of algorithms in the embodied communication in the real society,and promote the generation of practical significance.On the other hand,it is necessary to urge the digital platform to shape and strengthen the publicity,seek a balance between the internal tension between commercial interests and public welfare,reawaken the collective participation and public dialogue consciousness of the youth group,and create a harmonious and prosperous social atmosphere in the value guidance of the platform.

    The "double reduction" policy is to ease the burdens of excessive homework and off-campus tutoring for students undergoing compulsory education.Although it has a significant impact on easing students' academic burden,whether it affects students' academic performance has become a wide concern in society and for parents.To investigate whether and how the "double reduction" policy affect students' academic performance,Tukey's multiple comparison test was conducted on the final exam scores of 30 primary schools in Zixing City,Hunan Province from the first semester of 2021 to the first semester of 2022.The research results indicate that the "double reduction" policy has a significant negative impact on the academic performance of the fourth-grade students and a significant positive impact of the fifth-grade students;the impact on the subsidiary courses is significantly higher than that of main courses;and the impact on the academic performance of sixth-grade students is significantly lower than that of other grades.Therefore,under the background of the "double reduction" policy,we should strengthen the guidance of memory related subjects for the fourth-grade students,pay attention to the balance of class hours between different subjects,and give particular emphasis on the stress reduction and burden reduction of the sixth-grade students.

    Totality thought is an important part of Hegel's philosophy and it holds an important position in the history of Western philosophy.Hegel's totality thought has a far-reaching influence on later philosophers such as Marx,Lukacs,Korsch,Gramsci,etc.Hegel's totality thought covers many ideas under its huge system,such as thinking about living individuals,thinking about alienation,rupture,difference,contingency,gap,fragmentation,and so on.Kierkegaard and Nietzsche grasped the living and differentiated individuals and began to reflect on Hegel's totality thought.Foucault seized alienation,rupture,difference,contingency,gap,and fragmentation to criticize Hegel's totality thought.It can be said that the critiques to Hegel's totality thought from Kierkegaard to Foucault have enriched Hegel's thought from another dimension.It is a critical attitude that we should take seriously to absorb the huge ideological legacy left by Hegel.Seriously cleaning up the legacy of Hegel's philosophy and clarifying its evolution in later generations is what we must do to return to the true Hegel's philosophy.

    The Practical Dilemma and Amendment Path of the Judicial Review of Duplicate Arbitration

    In judicial practice,the dilemma of judicial review in duplicate arbitration lies in:(1) The overly principled "one final arbitration" norm and its alienated application,as well as the "one case,one court" system,which makes duplicate arbitration necessary for judicial review;(2) The current identification criteria for duplicate arbitration based on the identification elements of "identical arbitration parties" and "identical arbitration objects" can be deliberately avoided by the parties,and the identification effect of duplicate arbitration is not satisfactory;(3) The procedural judicial review based on the theory of procedural supervision may not meet practical needs when dealing with complex cases,and the judicial review process may become mere formality.To enhance the effectiveness of judicial review in duplicate arbitration,the legislative expression of this procedure should be strengthened in the arbitration law.Firstly,the standard of "no further action" in arbitration should be established to end the confusion between the concepts of "one final decision" and "no further action" in arbitration.Secondly,in order to curb malicious evasion of review by parties,efforts should be made to construct a new standard for identifying duplicate arbitration based on arbitration requests and factual reasons,weaken the constraint of the judicial system on the "limited review principle" of arbitration,and provide for duplicate substantive judicial review of arbitration in an exceptional manner.Finally,duplicate arbitration should be made as one of the statutory reasons for revoking arbitration awards,and disputes that deny the effectiveness of duplicate arbitration on the grounds of "unauthorized arbitration","violation of legal procedures" or "violation of social public interests" should be ended.The ultimate goal is to establish an arbitration "non bis in idem" system with the arbitration "non bis in idem" standard as the overall outline,and the identification and revocation of duplicate arbitration standards as the detailed rules.

    Dance has rich internal elements and external manifestations,and has many functions such as cultural representation,social memory,and national identity.As a national intangible cultural heritage,Maogusi (a folk dance of the Tujia ethnic group) in Xiangxi (western Hunan province) carries the social memory and spiritual temperament of the Tujia ethnic group.As an indispensable ceremonial activity at a specific time,it presents social and cultural field scenes through symbols.Dance ethnography provides a unique research perspective for the methodological path in understanding and interpreting Mogusi.On the one hand,the "shallow description" of dance ethnography objectively and truly focuses on depicting the "form" of Mogusi,including external manifestations such as dance venues,national subjects,movements,music,and scenes.On the other hand,the "in-depth description" of dance ethnography lies in the in-depth interpretation of the "spirit" of Mogusi,including the inherent elements of dance such as its symbolic meaning,social connection,values,sense of national belonging and social cohesion.Through the description and interpretation of both "form" and "spirit",we can deeply understand the complexity and diversity of Maogusi in Xiangxi as a medium of regional cultural expression and social interaction.
