China's ancient civilization is not a unified one,but presents a situation with Yi in the east and Xia in the west.With Taihang Mountain as the boundary,Dongyi culture is distributed in the east,which is the ancient culture of the southwest minorities with the Yi ethnic group as the core today.And Huaxia culture,which is the ancient culture of the Chinese nation today,is distributed in the west.This fact has been fully and clearly demonstrated through the study of the origin of writing and archaeology.The situation of the early civilization of Yi and Xia changed with the establishment of the Xia Dynasty (about 2,070 BC-1,600 BC).After the Xia Dynasty,by determining the orthodox characters of the dynasty and redefining the world,the unified religious and political views of Chinese civilization were established.This inherent relationship between the monarch and the supreme god established by the geography and divine characters requires that the subsequent dynasty must shoulder the mission of inheriting the legacy of the previous dynasty,that is,adhering to the established and divine characters,for this is the fundamental guarantee of the legitimacy of the monarchical power.It is this political and religious tradition that has made Chinese civilization last for thousands of years.

Editor’s note: Broad and profound, Chinese civilization has a long history, and it is the only uninterrupted civilization in the world, shaping the unique value system, cultural connotation and spiritual quality of the Chinese people in looking at themselves, society and the world, having direct impact on people’s choice of their own and social development today. There are many important elements in fine traditional Chinese culture, which together shape the outstanding characteristics of Chinese civilization. At the forum on cultural inheritance and development on June 2, 2023, general secretary Xi Jinping clearly summarized the prominent features of Chinese civilization as continuity, innovation, uniformity, inclusiveness and peace, which provides a fundamental basis for a profound grasp of the inherent characteristics and the path of Chinese civilization. In order to deeply study and understand general secretary Xi Jinping’s cultural thoughts, especially his important expositions on the prominent features of Chinese civilization, our journal has especially invited five scholars, including Wang Xuebin, Duan Yan, Zhao Yi, Xu Kun and Cheng Long, to make a concentrated interpretation, with a view to deepening the study of this issue.

As the essence of Chinese culture and the living soul of Chinese civilization,the generation and development of Chinese spirit has roughly experienced three major periods:the foundation period before the pre-Qin period,the evolution period after the Qin Dynasty and the awakening period in modern times,which reflects the historical logic based on China's specific historical conditions.Different from the West,the change and development of Chinese spirit shows a special endogenous logic on the basis of following the universal law.It obtains its own development through the mutual inclusion and absorption of different cultural factions rather than mutual struggle and antagonism.In the modern reform,it experienced a syllogism,with artifacts first,system second and spirit third.Its self-reflection and self-awakening are a conscious response to the severe external challenges.In the contemporary era,the Chinese spirit repeats the dialectical "syllogism" again in a new form,reaching the self-return and awakening of the spirit through the external natural material form and the social institutional object form,which is the unavoidable logic of the times.It is a historical mission that we should actively shoulder the historical mission and cultural mission of deeply understanding and studying the essential law of Chinese spirit,grasping the inherent logic of its development and the logic of the times,and consciously being the most staunch promoter and practitioner of the national spirit and the spirit of the times,building modern civilization of the Chinese nation.

In Critique of Hegel's Philosophy of Right,young Marx sensed the split between theory and reality in Hegel's philosophy and devoted himself to solving the "difficult problem of material interests".Influenced by the social trend caused by Feuerbach's materialism,he got inspiration from Feuerbach's criticism of idealistic religious theology,absorbed his critical angle of "reversal",and agreed with his idea of integrating natural science.The two resonated with humanism in many aspects,such as externalization,quasi-essence,"French spirit" and so on.However,young Marx transcended Feuerbach's philosophy.He attached importance to the field of history and politics,adhered to the materialistic historical view of the people's standpoint in the view of social history,promoted the organic combination of dialectics,practice and materialism in the basic concepts of philosophy,and emphasized that religious problems were rooted in social material foundation and relations of production in religious criticism.Therefore,the whole picture of young Marx's thought is not Feuerbach's philosophy,which does not constitute its only source and does not accord with its dialectical pursuit,and the understanding of Feuerbach's philosophy cannot be directly embedded in the study of young Marx's thought.Young Marx paid attention to absorbing a variety of theories and ideological traditions of the times and embarked on a road of self-conscious comprehensive innovation from the very beginning.This conclusion is in line with the classical conclusions of Marx and Engels and Lenin,and is of great significance for rethinking the ideological process of young Marx in the new era and constantly promoting the adaption of basic tenets of Marxism to the Chinese context and the needs of our times.

The duty of supervision is a kind of supervision power behavior stipulated in Article 11 of the Supervision Law of our country.In essence,the duty of supervision is a systematic and comprehensive preventive power to prevent the alienation of public power.Based on the responsibility orientation of discipline inspection and supervision organs and the realization effect of supervision behavior,the responsibility of supervision can be divided into two types:the indirect type and direct type.The former is based on the prevention characteristics,which is an indirect supervision behavior carried out for unspecific objects,while the latter is a case-based direct supervision behavior aimed at specific objects based on prevention and punishment characteristics of supervision.In practice,the indirect supervision faces the risk of insufficient effectiveness,and direct supervision faces the risk of behavior deviation.In order to solve the above problems,we should carry out normative regulation by strengthening the effectiveness of indirect supervision in a refined way,and regulating the application of direct supervision in the way of normative constitutive elements.

The judicial guarantee of river basin ecological environment is faced with the conflict between the current judicial system and the systematic integrity of river basin ecological environment,which is also the"relationship" connotation of the river basin ecological environment and its governance system.In terms of judicial guarantee mechanism,the system theory should be used as the methodology to rationally position the river basin ecological environment justice from the aspects of judicial function,judicial function,judicial efficiency and integration,etc.,to improve the judicial specialization on the premise of necessity and the principle of persistence and innovation.In other words,on the basis of giving priority to the application of administrative and ordinary judicial system tools of ecological environment governance,limited centralized jurisdiction is implemented after the diversion of ecological environment cases in the river basin according to the complexity,scope and degree of influence.The restoration of the river basin ecological environment should be placed in an overwhelming position,the structure of the collegial panel optimized,the public interest litigation of environmental protection organizations strengthened,and the public interest prosecution and procuratorial public interest litigation distinguished to improve the judicial specialization mechanism.From the perspective of system theory,judicial cooperation has an important institutional value that cannot be ignored in the judicial guarantee mechanism.In particular,cooperation should be included in the main responsibilities of the judiciary,and the standardization and institutionalization of the judicial cooperation mechanism of the river basin ecological environment should be comprehensively strengthened.

The second-generation cognitive science,represented by embodied cognition,challenges the"physical symbol system hypothesis" and its derived computational representation.Its core view is to explain that all of our perceptual,cognitive,and motor abilities are constitutively dependent on aspects of the agent's body.Based on the above consensus,the 4E cognition has drawn a vision of the second-generation cognitive science by highlighting the role of the perceptual-motor system in the cognitive process,cognitive affordance,and the concept of embodiment based on perceptual experience.However,the spell of neuron reductionism,the reproducibility of empirical evidence,the lack of explanations and the dissolution of the predictive processing on the cognitive "sandwich model" all warn of the methodological pitfalls of the second-generation cognitive science.Due to the lack of explanation,the reliability and validity of embodied cognitive effect are often questioned.From the epistemological origin,the resolution of the cognitive "sandwich model" by predictive processing transcends the historical deadlock in the debate between the two generations of cognitive science on physical and mental issues.Many difficulties encountered by embodied cognition at present warn that there are still hidden worries in methodology in the second generation of cognitive science,and the future debate on the purpose,method,conceptual basis and motivation of embodied cognition will continue to provide new inspiration for the exchange,confrontation and blending of multi-disciplines within cognitive science.

At present,the responsibility attribution in environmental ethics has become the focus of controversy,in which the argument on individual responsibility involves whether the individual can be regarded as a suitable subject of responsibility,whether individuals with high energy consumption should bear more moral responsibility and share more responsibility for emission reduction.The difficulty in proving individual responsibility is that the impact of individual behavior on climate change cannot be confirmed and traced because it is difficult to be intuitivelyvisible;therefore,"harmless" view and "ineffectiveness" view try to deny the necessity of individual responsibility from the perspective of causal effectiveness.In order to respond to this difficult question,the defense of individual responsibility should be approached from the retrospective and forward-looking perspectives of moral responsibility.The hazards of climate change are divided into two categories:the established harm and the expected harm.We can analyze the relationship between the established harm,expected harm and individual responsibility in the triggering case and the imperceptible case separately,grasping the inevitability,necessity and legitimacy of individual responsibility in environmental ethics from a holistic perspective and confirming that individuals have inescapable moral responsibility for environmental protection.

Based on the quasi-natural experiment of"Golden Tax Phase III" project,this paper studies the effect and mechanism of the digitalization of tax collection and administration on the level of enterprise risk-taking.The results show that the digitalization of tax collection and administration significantly improves the level of risk-taking by alleviating the short-sighted tendency of administration and improving the information quality of enterprises.Further analysis shows that the effect on corporate risk-taking is more significant in private enterprises,small-scale enterprises,and enterprises with lower audit quality and less attention from analysts.Government departments should continue to promote the construction of tax information,and further improve the data integration ability of big data tax collection and administration,while enterprises should improve internal and external governance mechanisms in order to give full play to the accurate governance effect of the digitalization of tax collection and administration.

Under the background of"dual carbon" goal,this paper analyzes the mechanism of resource dependence and economic growth on the rebound of industrial carbon emissions,calculates the rebound effect value of industrial carbon emissions of 31 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019 by using Kaya LMDI carbon emission driver decomposition model,and constructs spatial autoregressive model (SAR),spatial error model (SEM) and spatial Durbin model (SDM) for spatial econometric regression.The results indicate that:(1) the carbon rebound effect of energy resources consumption in China shows a law of decreasing year by year from 2010 to 2019,and has spillover effect in time and space.Seven provinces,including Shanxi,Ningxia and Inner Mongolia,are in the state of high-high (H-H) aggregation of industrial carbon emissions,while 17 provinces,including Beijing,Tianjin and Shanghai,are in the state of low-low (L-L) aggregation of industrial carbon emissions.(2) The effect of resource dependence on the rebound effect of industrial carbon emissions is significantly positive and has a certain spatial spillover effect.(3) Regional economic growth will bring the concentration of technology,capital,manpower and other factors,drive the overall development of the region,and restrain the rebound effect of industrial carbon emissions.(4) The effects of economic growth and resource dependence on the rebound of regional industrial carbon emissions have time-space lag effect and error effect,and the crowding-out effect of regional indirect influence will increase the space direct effect.

The Alleviating Effect of Medical Insurance on Relative Poverty—Based on the Four Issues of CFPS Data

Using the data of China Family Panel Studies (CFPS) in 2012,2014,2016 and 2018,this paper makes an empirical study on the alleviating effect of medical insurance on relative poverty.The results show that medical insurance can effectively alleviate the relative poverty of residents.Under the relative poverty lines of 40%,50% and 60% of the median household income,the probability of residents falling into relative poverty by participating in medical insurance can be reduced by 3.9%,4.6% and 4.8%,respectively.The effect of medical insurance on alleviating relative poverty is heterogeneous:the eastern region is weaker than the central and western regions,the rural area is stronger than the city,and the middle-aged group is stronger than the young group.Mechanism analysis shows that residents can improve their health and increase non-medical consumption expenditure so as to reduce the risk of falling into relative poverty by participating in medical insurance,and the good education of residents can further strengthen the alleviating effect of medical insurance on relative poverty.In order to give full play to the effect of medical insurance in alleviating relative poverty of residents,we should further increase public finance to medical insurance,speed up national overall planning mechanism of medical insurance fund,and actively promote "Healthy China" strategy and the "aging-oriented" reform of the medical insurance system.

The construction of national cultural parks is an important strategic measure to inherit and develop the fine traditional Chinese culture.The construction of national parks with Yangtze River culture as their theme should be oriented to the huge linear cultural heritage that crosses regions,transcends time and space,and presents multiple forms.We should accurately grasp the overall value orientation of the Yangtze River culture,which is the iconic of Chinese nation and the pluralistic and integrated symbol of Chinese civilization,the important strategic support for the continuous development of the Chinese nation,the important window for the opening and communication of the Chinese nation to the outside world,and the forerunner of China's modern revolutionary process.In the new era,we should rely on the carrier of the national cultural parks to inherit the Yangtze River culture,deeply and systematically explain the time value of it,protect the deep-rooted and orderly cultural heritage,and inherit its cultural characteristics of diversity,openness and inclusion.We should carry forward innovation and keep pace with the times,being diligent and introversive and having a stronger sense of pride in being Chinese.

Mass view is the core of Marx's historical materialism,which should be grasped not only in The Holy Family,but also in Marx's early works,so that we can grasp the textual logic of the mass view and understand Marx's position,viewpoint and method in the process of ideological formation.The clear development logic of the mass view can be seen in Marx's Doctoral Thesis,Debate on Forest Theft Law and Introduction to the Criticism of Hegel's Philosophy of Law.The textual logic of Marx's early mass view is embodied in his attention to the fate of abstract people,his full understanding of the subjective meaning of human beings,his turning to a deep insight into the real society,his attention to the rights of the masses,and his realization that the masses must take actions to change the reality in order to obtain their own rights,that is,the social revolution of the masses.The social revolution makes the masses realistically generate subjectivity and forge them to become the subject of creating history.This subject is not an individual,but a joint one.The textual logic of Marx's early mass view shows that the social revolution of the masses represented by the proletariat fundamentally changed the world of the masses,thus making human liberation become the basic theoretical purport of Marx.

China,as a major tea-producing country,possesses a rich tradition of tea culture.Following the opening of new maritime routes,Chinese tea began to spread worldwide,transforming tea trade into a pivotal factor in globalization.This phenomenon led the foremost global power of the time,Britain,to adopt tea as a national beverage,giving rise to the distinctive British tea culture.However,the flourishing tea trade did not propel China towards becoming a dominant power;instead,it found itself subjugated as a semi-colonial entity by foreign powers.The Chinese tea industry experienced a decline from the late Qing dynasty until the late 20th century,only beginning to recover thereafter,but still falling short of achieving dominance in the global tea industry.A comprehensive study of tea history can unveil the roots of China's sluggish tea industry,while a reflection on the current state of the tea industry can stimulate further exploration into tea history.Therefore,it is imperative to give due attention to the study of tea history and culture,approaching the issue of revitalizing the tea industry from both historical and contemporary perspectives.

The application of cognitive neuroscience technology in the field of sports includes revealing the neural mechanisms underlying cognitive functions involved in sports and enhancing human motor abilities,as well as the use of various hardware technology devices and their specific effects.Focusing on four core themes of exploring the perception-action advantages of high-level athletes,improving psychological services for major competitions,enhancing learning outcomes for children and adolescents,and promoting cognitive rehabilitation for addictive populations,the practical application and functional performance of technologies such as electroencephalography (EEG),functional magnetic resonance imaging (FMRI),near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS),and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) provide scientific evidence for understanding the brain's plasticity and cognitive mechanisms during sports,enhancing the effectiveness of sports training and learning,and facilitating psychological rehabilitation.The demands for high technology in sports unlock more scenarios,and cognitive neuroscience technology brings new development opportunities to sports.It is foreseeable that algorithm improvement will be an effective means to solve individual differences and commonalities among groups.The innovation of wearable devices has great potential in meeting the technological needs of various sports scenarios.

Dynamic Effects of Juggling Learning on Gray Matter Volume in Football Players

Objective To provide new evidence to explain the neural mechanism of motor skill learning through investigating the characteristics of gray matter volume changes in football juggling learning from both spatial and temporal perspectives.Method To select 111 college students as the research objects.According to the principle of voluntary training,they are divided into experimental group and control group.Among them,the experimental group carried out 70 sessions of football juggling learning,and the control group was engaged in their regular academic and personal activities over the same timeframe.Structural magnetic resonance imaging was used to collect brain imaging data at three time points:baseline,35 sessions,and 70 sessions.Voxel-based morphometry (VBM) was used to analyze the changes of gray matter volume.Results (1) The volume of gray matter in the relevant brain area changed after 70 sessions of football juggling learning.The specific spatial characteristics were as follows:the gray matter volume of the left cerebellum 6,the left lingual gyrus and the right calcarine fissure and surrounding cortex area increased significantly.(2) There were differences in the change of gray matter volume during 70 sessions of football juggling learning.The specific temporal characteristics were as follows:in the early stage (the first 35 sessions),the gray matter volume decreased in the regions of the right postcentral gyrus,the right middle frontal gyrus,the right superior frontal gyrus (medial),the bilateral inferior occipital gyrus,the bilateral middle occipital gyrus,the bilateral gyrus rectus and the right cerebellum,while the gray matter volume of the vermis increased.In the later stage (the last 35 sessions),the volume of gray matter decreased in the left inferior occipital gyrus,the left parahippocamal gyrus and the left olfactory cortex.Conclusion The acquisition of football juggling is associated with an increase in the volume of gray matter in brain regions associated with visual information and physical coordination.The gray matter volume of the related brain areas such as visual information,limb coordination and motor control can be changed by football juggling learning,and it shows the temporal characteristic of the transfer from the front to the back of the brain.

In 2023,Mr. Huang Yongyu passed away,finishing his legendary life.Huang Yongyu is not only talented and widely involved in different fields,but also loved by people from all walks of life because of his open-minded,optimistic and unrestrained personality.In his preface to Huang Yongyu's collection of essays,"Along the Seine to Florence",Huang Shang,a famous writer,called him "a person who is widely-involved".Indeed,in the Chinese art world in the 20th century,there are few artists as talented and widely involved as Huang Yongyu.He did not attend any academy of fine arts,but his woodcuts,Chinese painting and design are renowned in the domestic art circles;nor did he receive any systematic education,but his prose,new poems and essays give a sense of simplicity and wisdom.In art,Huang Yongyu is a diligent and inquisitive explorer,forming his general,concise,and highly decorative artistic style after years of sharpening his skills and abilities.More importantly,no matter what difficulties he has encountered,he expresses the bright and beautiful side of the world with a philosophical and humorous attitude,and this is his unique personality.Today,it is very enlightening for us to review Huang Yongyu's artistic life.

The Vagabond on the Wuchou River by Huang Yongyu is not the work of an old man in his eighties on a whim,but the product of decades of continuous enthusiasm,repeated thinking and deliberation,which embodies the conscious stylistic consciousness and creative idea.Huang Yongyu continues Shen Congwen's thinking on the relationship between literature and history.By "paying attention to the secondary things",Huang Yongyu explores the obscure nameless things with an amazing sensibility and makes them appear in a new form in a new line of sight.It is a large number of material redundancies excluded by the dominant narrative,and those seemingly superfluous people,things and things with no definite meaning that constitute the "history" moved by Huang Yongyu.He extends the tentacles of feeling to all subtle aspects of daily life,equates those things at the low end of the value sequence with those at the high end,and regards them as the same level.It not only touches the ordinary sad music that is not concerned by the grand narrative,but also touches the material sound and shadow in the folds of nature and history,so that the river of history unfolds slowly and deeply in the text.

The imperfect income distribution mechanism and unreasonable distribution proportion within the village are the outstanding problems facing the pilot of the marketization of rural collective land designated for business-related construction in our country at present.The case study shows that the difficulty of withholding the collective income of the village and the distribution contradiction among the villagers are the main manifestations of the distribution dilemma.With the help of the dual logical analysis framework of "land property right pattern-elite governance capacity",this paper proves that the collective land property right pattern is the structural condition for formulating the income distribution rules of entering the market within the village,the governancecapacity of the village elite in the process of income distribution is the active factor that affects the income distribution rules,and the interaction between the two determines the final income distribution pattern.When the villages entering the market belong to the pattern of individual land property rights and the governance capacity of the village elites is weak,the collective economic organizations are easy to fall into the dilemma of collective action when distributing the income from entering the market.In order to deepen the reform of marketization of rural collective land designated for business-related construction in the future,we should pay attention to the role of rural elites and strengthen the government's guidance and supervision of income distribution within the village.

The ecologicalization of tort law is necessary to meet the needs of the times,but it should be properly restricted.The binary model of function and degree can be used to judge the limit of the ecologicalization of positive law.If the function of positive law is judged to protect public welfare,it can be considered to exceed the ecological limit,because the function of tort law as private law is to protect personal interests;if it is to protect personal interests,it will be decided whether this law satisfies the ask of degree then.According to the binary judgment model,the legislative evaluation of the imputation principle,causality,liability and exemption reasons stipulated in the Civil Code is that the overall ecologicalization exceeds the limit.Considering the nature of interests and the logic that environmental torts can be divided into indirect and direct modes,the existing rules should be improved correctly by means of judicial interpretation.Firstly,the principle of fault liability should be applied to the direct environmental torts and the indirect environmental torts are subject to the principle of presumption of fault when the property rights are damaged.Secondly,the presumption of causality shall not be applied to the direct environmental infringement,and when the right to health or the right to life is impaired,the requirements for certification standards shall be reduced appropriately.Thirdly,the rules of the punitive damage should be explained strictly.Finally,the provisions on the exemption of liability of gross negligence and others shall be added to the victim's fault rules,and the tortfeasor should be exempted from the middle liability when the third party causes the harm completely.

The pluralistic co-governance of law and folk customs should be a necessary option for the governance of social rules.In the view of structural functionalism,the premise of functional coupling between law or folk customs and other subsystems (political or economic subsystems) is that the conditions for its existence are provided by itself or other subsystems of social structure (political or economic subsystems).The law changes from the one-dimensional value law to the contractual positivist law,and the national coercive force is not the constituent element but the implementation guarantee.The law is mainly characterized by formal rationalization and universal application,and is inherent in the contractual society,while folk customs are original,special and harmonious,embedded in the narrow cooperative society,and guaranteed by the recognition of value and the pressure of public opinion.Contemporary Chinese society is neither a contractual society nor a cooperative society,but a mixture of contractual and cooperative factors.The governance of social rules in China should turn to the dual co-governance of law and folk customs.

The main field of international human rights struggle is human rights discourse,which is closely related to the theoretical proposition of"universality of human rights",a proposition containing profound struggle itself.The deconstruction of the legitimacy of "universal human rights",the main tactics of human rights intervention in the West,is an important part of the struggle of human rights discourse.The key to deconstruction of it lies in the separation of long-term binding relationship between "universal human rights" and the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the principle of universality of human rights,so as to fundamentally shake the legitimate foundation of its "universality".The normative expression of the principle of universality of human rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights at least contains the dual universal requirements of "human rights subject" and "right content".The presentation and comparison of the meaning of this norm shows that the West has seriously deviated from the principle of universality of human rights both in concept and practice.The so-called "universal human rights" is undoubtedly hypocritical and limited,and it absolutely cannot represent the universal principle of human rights.Comparatively speaking,the achievements,concepts and practice of human rights in the development of China's human rights are the models that truly fit and demonstrate this principle.Therefore,in order to carry out the struggle of human rights discourse nowadays,especially in the expression of the proposition of universality of human rights,we should actively compete for the representative and discourse right of the principle of universality of human rights,and construct the "universality" position of Chinese human rights discourse,so that the principle of universality of human rights is no longer monopolized and controlled by Western discourse,and China can further enhance international influence and discourse right of human rights.

Nowadays,digital mourning has become a unique way of media memory.When some individual lives are gone,tens of thousands of "strangers" mourn on social media,forming a special bond.This study takes the deceased of “celebrities” and “ordinary celebrities” as cases,and explores the generation mechanism,significance and contemporary value of strangers' digital mourning of the deceased public figures from the perspective of the theory of Continuing Bonds,focusing on the characteristics of the continuing bonds in the Chinese context.The study finds that mourners establish bonds based on five motives:information compensation,spiritual imagination,emotional tree-hole,fixed rituals,and memory writing,through which they renegotiate the deceased's identity in order to extend the deceased's personality and obtain guidance for their lives;the public and social nature of connections strengthens the group experience,allowing mourners to enjoy the sense of intimacy and trust brought by the community,and to fight against forgetfulness through rituals,which in turn facilitates the discussion of public issues.The continuing bonds in the Chinese context are characterized by a particular temporal rhythm,and its expression of mourning has a tendency towards pragmatism.The bonds with Chinese characteristics originate from the post life world belief model of "death is like life",as well as the "eternal" imagination provided by digital technology.These bonds are beneficial for individuals to cope with the sense of loss and confusion caused by the phenomenon of death.It is a way of emotional resonance in the digital age and also provides a possibility for social trust reconstruction.

At present,some local rural cultural activity centers are faced withthe site,building,and function vacancy without real embeddedness into real rural life,which needs urgent governance.From the perspective of embeddedness theory,this paper constructs an interpretation framework of "embedded environment-embedded process-embedded result",and analyzes the evolution process of L village cultural activity center in D county from the initial vacancy to "suspended embedding" and then to "substantial embedding" rural life.The governance logic of the vacancy of rural cultural activity center is found in the embedded environment which is the root of the vacancy;the optimization of embedded process and the improvement of embedded environment which is the governance path;the key factor of supervision which causes the change of embedded process and the embedded environment;and the internal embedded forces which drive rural industry,improve living standards and satisfy local culture and entertainment.The key to the governance of rural cultural activity center lies in the supervision and political pressure to force the grass-roots level to optimize the embedded process,and the multiple measures to strengthen the embeddedness in the dimensions of structure,relationship,cognition and so on.At the same time,it is supplemented by industrial revitalization and promotion of cultural demand to stimulate the internal driving force,and finally achieve substantive embeddedness.

Pressure,problems,and interests synergistically drive pilot areas to efficiently promote rural homestead system reform through "exploratory-exploitative" ambidextrous learning.On the one hand,the pilot areas carry out exploratory learning to improve the scientific and accurate design of rural homestead system by collecting information through multiple channels,accelerating the construction of new institutional knowledge system,and "institutional feedback-institutional adaptation".On the other hand,under the constraints of performance,resources,time and other conditions,the pilot areas use effective governance tools proved in other fields,such as political incentives,resource patchwork to integrate all stakeholders and resources within the organization into a unified rural homestead system reform action.By using diverse mobilization methods,the pilot areas creatively construct the rural homestead governance picture of "government-society" effective cooperation,so as to promote the smooth implementation of the new rural homestead arrangement.Exploratory learning and exploitative learning are carried out simultaneously,which can not only produce breakthrough system innovation results,but also reduce the cost of system implementation,so as to realize the efficient promotion of rural homestead system reform.The "exploratory-exploitative" ambidextrous learning motivation can be stimulated by increasing attention allocation,promoting incentives and improving fault tolerance,and the ambidextrous learning ability can be enhanced by integrating resources and institution in the pilot areas,so we can promote the efficient reform of rural homestead in more pilot areas.

Promoting county urbanization is an objective choice to comply with the trend of nearby transfer of local farmers and the return of migrant workers,which helps to grant permanent urban residency to people who move to cities from rural areas,pursue a new,people-centered urbanization and provide support for the integrated urban-rural development.The key to county urbanization is to break the space barriers and realize the transfer of "people,land and money" between urban and rural areas.On the one hand,the reform of homestead helps to realize the property value of farmers' homestead and provide financial support to break through the threshold of urban residency;on the other hand,it helps to promote the spatial replacement of rural stock construction land,promote the reallocation of land and population in the county space,optimize the urbanization spatial structure with the county seat as the center and the small town as the node,and promote the development of county urbanization.We should make full use of the county industry to undertake development and urban expansion land demand,improve the property value manifestation mechanism of farmers' homestead,enhance the work in granting permanent urban residency to people who move to cities from rural areas,and make better policy to link the paid withdrawal of homestead and the increase or decrease of urban and rural construction land.We should give full play to the policy agglomeration effect,establish and strengthen the relationship between population and land elements between urban and rural hinterland,and provide essential guarantee for county urbanization.In conclusion,it is a path for the reform of homestead to promote county urbanization.

Network social organizations are new means and carriers for people to express their interests,carry out voluntary activities,and participate in social supervision.The existing regulatory approaches to network social organizations adopt a bottom-line regulatory model,which leads to a series of problems such as the insufficient cohesion of regulatory subjects,lack of overall regulatory concepts,obvious coarseness of regulatory methods,and vague regulatory targets,seriously restricting the effective functioning of network social organizations in public services.Responsive regulation,as a new regulatory paradigm,has unique characteristics in response,shaping,coordination,and relational aspects,which are suitable for regulating network social organizations and can break through the efficacy dilemma of traditional regulatory models.Based on this,regulatory authorities should focus on four dimensions:smart regulation,differentiated treatment,collaborative regulation,and negotiated response,to construct a multi-subject coordination mechanism,reconstruct responsiveness regulatory concepts,reduce technical constraints on regulatory methods,effectively identify the needs of regulatory targets,and continuously promote effective regulation of network social organizations to better adapt to the needs of modern society and achieve modernization of the governance system and capacity of network social organizations.

The human-machine collaboration mode is a new working mode that combines human intelligence and artificial intelligence.It is an effective integration of technological progress and human capital,and has a profound impact on labor employment.This study, focusing on workers' subjective evaluation of employment quality,taking 271 employees who have implemented artificial intelligence technology or equipment as samples,using human-machine collaboration degree as independent variable,builds a regulated chain intermediary model,and examines workers' emotional experience and cognitive attitude towards artificial intelligence application from a micro level.It is found that the degree of human-machine collaboration helps to improve worker job satisfaction,which is mainly achieved through the indirect effect of self-efficacy and career adaptability,and work autonomy significantly moderates the above pathways.This indicates that in intelligent work environment, factors with different attributes have different impact mechanisms and transmission pathways for workers' subjective evaluation of employment quality,and that work autonomy,as a work characteristic,has a variable impact on it.Therefore, by improving the legal system to introduce relevant policies to standardize the employment structure,weaving dense social security networks to secure the bottom line of people's livelihood,and increasing publicity and popularization to guide workers to establish correct cognition,we can form a harmonious and complementary human-machine relationship, prevent and resolve potential unemployment risks,improve workers' sense of gain and satisfaction,and achieve a benign coupling between the progress of artificial intelligence technology and the scale and structure of employment.

After Lenin succeeded in leading the Russian revolution,he made an arduous exploration on the transformation of agricultural production and management system.In the course of the evolution from the wartime communist system to the new economic policy,combining the economic development of Soviet Russian farmers and the characteristics of agricultural production,Lenin actively explored the agricultural production and management system adapted to the socialized large-scale production,forming his thought on the transformation of agricultural production and management system.The connotation of this thought is mainly reflected in the direct transition to communist agriculture through co-farming,the use of cooperative system to make a circuitous transition to the socialized large-scale production,and the supporting conditions of culture,education and science and technology to promote the transformation of agricultural production and management system.Lenin's thought on the transformation of agricultural production and management system gives us profound enlightenment,that is,the construction of modernization of Chinese agriculture and rural areas must consolidate and improve the basic management system in rural areas,continuously explore effective forms of collective economy,effectively safeguard the material interests of farmers,enhance their scientific and cultural quality,and adhere to the development of intensive agriculture driven by science and technology.

Focusing on the two strategic needs of digital China and the dual carbon goals,integrating enterprise digitization and enterprise carbon emission reduction into the same theoretical framework,and taking A-share listed companies in China from 2012 to 2019 as the research sample,this paper deeply explores the effect and transmission mechanism of enterprise digitization on carbon emissions,and further discusses the regulation of regional digital economic development and the nature of enterprise property rights.The results show that,first,enterprise digitization can significantly reduce corporate carbon emissions,but the emission reduction effect has a lag of about two years,which means that enterprises must continue to promote the digitization process in order to give full play to its carbon reduction efficiency;second,based on the analysis framework of Cobb-Douglas production function model,the transmission mechanism of carbon emission reduction effect of enterprise digitalization mainly includes promoting green technology innovation,improving the efficiency of resource allocation,optimizing human capital structure and promoting enterprise specialization;third,the development of regional digital economy can effectively strengthen the carbon reduction effect of enterprise digitization,and the two will form a greater joint force to promote enterprises to achieve faster carbon reduction;and fourth,from the perspective of the nature of property rights,enterprise digitization plays a more efficient role in reducing carbon in non-state-owned enterprises.This study reveals the internal mechanism and situational factors of enterprise digitization to reduce carbon emissions,which not only enriches and expands the research on the environmental effects of enterprise digitalization,but also provides micro-evidence for the digital-enabled real economy and green development.
