Abstract:  Liang Qichao endows the nation with some intrinsic spirit,which seems to make it alive.The so-called national spirit has three outward manifestation,which are law,sovereignty and culture.They are of great importance within Liang Qichao’whole political theory,and are also the natural results the of view of the nation as an organism.Liang Qichao aims to solve two problems:unification and independence,which,from a historical perspective,is of great value.
