Abstract: The methods of obtaining evidence in ancient China are perfected gradually along with the evolution of civilization.To sum up,these methods mainly include “the inquisition by sentiment method”,“the inquisition by torture method”,“the investigation and identification method”,“the inquiry method ” and some superstitious methods.Some of the methods are rational,and some are totally defective.
