Abstract: Domestic academic circles generally take the history of western academic development as the background and study governance as a kind of social interaction.Governance from the perspective of Chinese history originated from Chinese social life,and its connotation is mainly to obtain survival materials,that is,order,or governance,can be formed only when there is a harvest.From the hieroglyph of "乂","乂" means governance,and the meaning  is "harvesting".However,a richer social power relationship has gradually emerged around the production and distribution of survival materials,and the consolidation and expansion of this power relationship makes it inevitable to build a stricter order.The sense of mystery is an important basis for building order,and it is the intellectual group,who endow the ceremony with mystery and connect Heaven,Emperor,King and people to construct a set of order based on rituals.However,at the end of the Western Zhou Dynasty,after the mystery of sorcerer was destroyed by the secular monarchy,the "monarch-minister order" and the social order constructed therefrom were subverted,leading to the destruction of monarch-minister rituals and the social ethics as well.The world competes with each other on the basis of wisdom and strength,which is shown not only in the royal family,among princes,at the social level,but also in intellectuals.Since then,the vast majority of scholars are proud of the pursuit of peerage and money,so that for more than two thousand years,there has been a "lowly and monarch" situation.The governance mode of "monarch-minister interaction" collapsed with the collapse of the mysticism of rituals.
