A Hundred-year Perspective of the "Lifeline" Theory of Ideological and Political Education of the Communist Party of China

Abstract: The "lifeline" theory of ideological and political education goes hand in hand with the 100-year history of the Communist Party of China.Based on the theoretical resources of Marxist-Leninist classical writers on the "lifeline" of ideological andpolitical education,it continues to innovate and develop with the change of the Party's historical tasks in the practice of Chinese revolution,construction and reform.In a hundred years of practice,the Party has accurately grasped the basic principles of the "lifeline" theory and accumulated a wealth of historical experience:insisting that ideological and political education obeys the Party's central task,insisting on the combination of political and people's nature of ideological and political education,and the unity of instillation and enlightenment of ideological and political education.
