Abstract: The birth of the Communist Party of China (CPC) is full of profound cultural implications.Culture is an important part of the Party's cause.The past century witnessed the persistent presence and constant appearing of cultural construction led by the Party.The long-term nature of the Party's cause requires of the persistent presence and constant appearing of cultural construction,during the process of which new missions are put forward in the light of historical evolution,practical development and the requirement of times.The persistent presence and constant appearing of cultural construction in the development of the Party's cause provides a cognitive perspective of time and space for grasping the innovative value of Xi Jinping Thought on culture,which emphasizes cultural self-confidence,puts forward a new cultural mission in a new era,reveals the value and function of cultural construction,defines the goal of cultural construction,and provides an ideological method for the re-appearing of cultural construction.It forms the practice path and opens up the space for the re-appearing of cultural construction.Adhering to the guidance of Xi Jinping Thought on culture,we should make unremitting efforts to create a new culture,and write a new chapter belonging to our era in the innovative practice of cultural construction under the leadership of the Party.
