Abstract: There was a significant difference in inheritance effectfor the Mulao People in such domains as school,family,and society.The type,amount,and structure of capital,mastered by actors of cultural inheritance in different domains are different,so the mechanism of interest distribution may be unfair and constrained by the inherent custom in each domain.To break through the dilemma in Mulao cultural inheritance,emphasis should be paid to capital transformation from cultural resources to natural capital,economy capital,social capital,and symbolic capital,constructing a cultural reproduction mechanism which is productive,sustainable,and of public benefit.Importantly,the capital transformation should follow a legal logic which is in accordance with organizational system,social network,and the harmonious development of capital construction.
