On the Characteristics and Performance of the Periodic Corruption in New China

Abstract

Abstract: Over the past sixty years since the founding of New China，Corruption has shown periodic characteristics which are dormant period,occurrence period,development period and decaying period,with 1949--1979 in potential period;1979-1989 in occurring stage;1990-2010 the development of corruption,and 2010 the decaying period.Decaying is just a process.In every stage of periodic corruption,corruption presents unique features.Periodic corruption will enter the stage of decaying period by thorough anti-corruption measures.
