Abstract:  In the face of active thoughts,concepts conflicts,and culture convergence,the dominant status of socialism core value system shall be established in contemporary China,which can consolidate the ideological and moral foundation of social harmony.In order to guide the way of various social thoughts,we shall push forward the construction of socialism core value system,promote the guidance capacity thereof.We shall carry out the “guidance” principle into different aspects of cultural construction,and strengthen the personnel training who shall have a good commanding of the guidance skills.
