On the China’s Tactics of Legal Reply in the Sino-Indian Boundary Negotiation

Abstract

Abstract: Better legal reply to Indian delimitation claims can help the government to achieve the negotiation tactics.Our country should refute the Indian delimitation legal advocates,proving that the “McMahon Line” is illegal,and the disputed territory belongs to China in the Sino-Indian boundary negotiation.Moreover,China should adjust the Sino-Indian traditional custom line by equity based on the international law in order to resolute the Sino-Indian boundary dispute by a package scheme.
