On the Innovation of the Performance Management for College Teachers through the Introduction of Psychological Contract

Abstract: The performance management of college teachers should be human-oriented.The psychological contract should be introduced into the performance management for college teachers for better innovation in this regard.Better human-oriented,participatory management and incentive mechanism would boost the teachers’ activeness and innovation for the sound interaction between psychological contract and performance management.
