Abstract: Like the actions or attitudes of a society,the laws,institutions and customs of the society are just if they reflect or express empathically care motivation of those who are responsible for the making and maintaining of them.Similarly,this rule can apply to the economical institutions.Empathy is sensitive to the absolute badness of situations.If care ethics-has to play a substantial role in the issues of social justice,then sympathy is of vital significance in empathically-based care ethics.Care ethics can not only deal with individual moral matters,but also can be extended to cover large-scale or international moral issues.
