Factors Influencing the Development of Cross-border Higher Education

Abstract: The development of cross-border higher education is constrained by many factors,such as economy,culture,politics and education,which lead to cross-border mobility of individuals.The economic discrepancy is the most important factor for talent loss worldwide.The political discrepancy does not influence cross-border higher education very distinctly;the culture discrepancy is the main factor influencing the mobility of language students between nations.The discrepancy of higher education exists in enrollment,quality,principles and patterns.Positive influence from culture,politics and education happens only when they have been integrated with economic advantages.
