Abstract: In terms of environmental justice,this paper tries to solve the ethical conflict between human being and nature within human being.The author argues that the environmental justice is the dimension of the justice between human being and nature,the justice between human being in the same generation,and the justice between human being and their descendants.The humanity should form the determinative species consciousness,autonomy community consciousness,as well as determinative,autonomy and free individual consciousness in order to realize the environmental justice.
