Abstract: Environmental justice is a frontier problem in environmental ethics,whose appearance marks a new stage of world environmental protection movement and a transfer of environmental ethics.The nature of environmental justice is the rational sharing and distribution of environmental duty and benefit,from which the root of ecology crisis can be seen and the countermeasures can be made.The realization of environmental justice is also important for the scientific development and the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
