On the Rights Equity Principle of Human Resource Management

Abstract: As a basic principle of human resource management,rights equity is accepted by both authoritative power and the rights enjoyers.Rights equity is composed of benefits,claims,qualifications,power and freedom,any one of these contents is may serve as the proof that the realization of rights equity is dependent on the promoting of level in human resource management.Rights equity is brought up because there exist unequal problems and the way to the realization of rights equity lies in the practice of human resource management.
