Abstract: The signatures of “The International Convention of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights” and “The International Convention of Civil and Political Rights" mean the approval of our government to the human rights clauses. Between the two conventions and our human rights prescribed by the constitution, there are both uniformity and differences.A comparison of the similarities and differences show that standardizing the current system of our living constitution is of decisive and fundamental significance of the perfection to the safeguard system of our human rights.
