Abstract: Company culture is the product of the workers and staff members reflecting the operational processes of the company and receiving the information conveyed by them. To recognize and understand the common psychology, common beliefs and common spirit of the workers and staff members, one should take the research of the status quo of its operational processes as the starting point. What is in existence is not necessarily rational. A company must have a strong sense of cultural transformation, sensibly examine its existing culture, and constantly improve it so as to make it perfect and vigorous.
Key words: company, operational process, company culture, emergence, change
