Abstract: In the time of transformat ion of society, the old production relations, apart from the impediment they bring to the development of productive forces, have factors more or less beneficial to the development of productive forces. The rising class may well consider building up new production relations to fit to the requircment of the development of productive forces on the basis of obsorbing positive factors in the old productive relations.
