Abstract: With the development of criminology and China’s legal civilization,theory and practice of China’s criminal sanction system is becoming more and more important.Theory on criminal responsibility has been enriched and the connotation on criminal penalty developed.The outline of criminal sanction in China has been outlined,characterized by penalty punishment,non- penalty punishment,and declaration of conviction.Principles of criminal economics paved the way for criminal sanction beyond criminal punishment,restraining criminal law.
