Abstract: Biosecurity is an important part of national security.The outbreak of COVID-19 has increasingly highlighted the importance of biosecurity protection.Compared with the active discussion on the theoretical level,less attention of biosecurity judicial protection is given,so the analysis of it can better respond to biosecurity in the judicial level.With empirical analysis to retrieve laws and regulations and judicial cases,and collate their data,we can find the limitations of biosecurity judicial protection.Firstly,the relevant laws and regulations are weak and the number is limited;secondly,the liability relief form of related judicial cases is single.Therefore,it is necessary to start from the judicial practice to improve the skills of judicial activities,to optimize the surrounding factors of judicial activities,and to coordinate the related fields of judicial practice.In order to maintain biosecurity,it is necessary to provide corresponding legislative supply in view of the existing problems in biosecurity judicial practice,and pay attention to the coordination and connection with administrative regulations and departmental rules while perfecting comprehensive legislation.
