Research on the National Credit View and Its Implications of Legalism

Abstract: The three representative legalism books,Guan Zi,The Book of Shang Yang and Han Feizi have plenty of national credit views.Legalism advocates the establishment of national credit,for it is the foundation in implementing law,thus it is very important in national development and diplomacy.The principle of building national credit is to build trust ahead of law,put law higher than power and make power serve the law,thus legalization enforcement and dissemination of law are the major methods in building up a nation's credit.Legalism has contributed a lot in building the nation,and its view of national credit is still significant in building social credit system and carrying out rule by law in our country today.
